• On-call coverage: Week-long call rotations
• Response time: 30 minutes
• Patient load: 8 patients per shift, including both inpatient and outpatient rounds
• Admissions: Required
• Consultations: Average of 2 phone consults every 24 hours
• Procedures: General and adult urology procedures required
• Specific skills: Partial nephrectomies, TRUS biopsies, ESWL, and penile prosthesis required
• Preferred skills: Laparoscopic and robotic surgery experience
• Compensation: We negotiate competitive pay, deposited weekly
