Prior experience leading or coordinating a team, overseeing day-to-day work, deadline compliance, and the quality of information collected. Proven experience collecting client information completely and accurately ahead of each consultation. Strong attention to detail and sound judgment, to review the team's work, catch errors or gaps, and identify areas for process improvement. Excellent communication skills, both to give feedback and direction to your team and to ensure clear, actionable pre-consultation notes. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple cases and people at once while maintaining a professional, resilient attitude. Availability: Flexible schedule — you're willing to work various shifts as needed. In this role, you will: Coordinate the Intake team, ensuring every Qlead is fully collected and logged in CampLegal within 24 hours. Oversee deadline compliance and quality standards, reviewing the team's work and correcting deviations promptly. Prepare and review actionable pre-consultation notes that equip the consultant with useful data to close the sale: immigration status, documentation, qualifying factors, hardships, and relevant history. Identify and propose process improvements, training your team and raising the overall standard of work. Collaborate closely with the Client Intake team, providing direction and guidance to ensure consistency across the full journey from Qlead to active client.
