We're seeking a Marketing Intern who is excited to learn, contribute, and grow with our team. As a smaller, people-first firm, we believe in giving interns meaningful, hands-on experience, not just tasks. You'll work closely with our marketing team and other professionals across the company, gaining real exposure to how we pursue projects, support our clients, and collaborate as a team. This internship is designed as a direct pathway to a full-time Marketing Coordinator role for individuals who are interested in building a long-term career with us. Key Activities Help maintain and update marketing content and company information in database Support proposal development, including formatting, editing, and coordination Assist with preparing marketing materials, project sheets, and resumes Contribute to internal communications and marketing initiatives What You'll Gain Hands-on experience working on real proposals and client pursuits Direct mentorship and day-to-day collaboration with experienced team members Exposure to how our teams work together to deliver for our clients Training in tools such as InDesign, PowerPoint, and CRM systems A strong foundation for a career in marketing within the Architect/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry The opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-impact work that supports real projects and clients Career Path Opportunity This internship is designed as a direct pipeline to a full-time Marketing Coordinator role, with high-performing interns given priority consideration for full-time opportunities upon graduation.
