Customer & Inventory ManagementProvide
exceptional customer support, ensuring clients receive the right parts at the right time. Accurately process
parts inquiries, orders, and returns, delivering top-tier service with efficiency. Assist customers in identifying
optimal parts solutions, ensuring compatibility and performance. Build and maintain
strong customer relationships, fostering trust and long-term loyalty.
Parts Sourcing & DistributionCoordinate and fulfill
daily parts orders & drop shipments, ensuring seamless logistics. Maintain
real-time inventory accuracy, tracking stock levels and minimizing shortages. Conduct
cycle counts & inventory reconciliations, resolving discrepancies proactively. Optimize
parts storage & retrieval processes, ensuring efficiency and easy access.
Operational & Administrative SupportProcess
purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Support vendor & supplier coordination to streamline
parts procurement & pricing strategies. Assist in the management of
fleet parts & service-related inventory needs, keeping operations running smoothly. Utilize
ERP & inventory management systemsto update records and maintain accurate reporting.
Warehouse & Logistics CoordinationManage
parts receiving, stocking, and distribution, ensuring a well-organized and efficient warehouse. Operate
forklifts & material handling equipmentto safely load, unload, and transport parts. Ensure a
safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to all company safety standards.
Growth & Continuous ImprovementStay updated on
industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies, enhancing expertise. Identify opportunities to
improve inventory processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Work collaboratively with
service, sales, and logistics teamsto optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education– High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:3-5 years in parts support or service within the
material handlingor
forklift industry. (heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive parts is a plus.)
Technical Expertise:Deep understanding of
forklift systems(electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical), with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Customer Focus:Proven ability to
deliver outstanding service, build relationships, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams with confidence and professionalism.
Problem-Solving Mindset:Strong
critical thinkingand
analytical skillsto assess issues, adapt to challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Organizational Skills:Ability to
manage multiple parts tasks, prioritize effectively,and
maintain efficiencyunder pressure.
Team Collaboration:Works well with
technicians, service specialists, sales teams,and
vendorsto ensure seamless operations.
Tech-Savvy:Proficient in
ERP software, IMS systems, diagnostic tools, Microsoft 365 Suiteand advanced
