General Superintendent

RVC is currently hiring seasoned General Superintendents with Hospitality Construction Experience. The ideal applicant will be a seasoned professionals with extensive backgrounds in all phases of Hotel Construction and have at least 5 years of Hotel experience. Applicants will be responsible for the onsite management, coordination, and oversight of all aspects of construction for the project. Applicants must have experience in the general means and methods and be proficient with scheduling, budgeting, and the other various aspects managing a large multifamily project.

Responsibilities

· Manage project timeline

· Manage / Coordinate daily on site activities

· Oversee and check quality of work

· Monitor project deliverables

· Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

· Strong ability to manage, oversee, and push project schedule

· Strong ability to work with and push subcontractors

· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
