What You’ll Do
As a Contact Center Representative, you’ll be a key part of our customer experience team. Your role focuses on connecting with customers, following up, and helping them get the service they need.
Customer Communication & Support
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments
- Reach out to customers who may still need service or support
- Assist customers by answering questions and guiding them through next steps
- Provide a friendly, helpful experience on every interaction
Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Up
- Help schedule service, sales, and installation appointments
- Follow up on missed, canceled, or uncompleted calls
- Reconnect with previous customers to ensure their needs were fully taken care of
- Assist with maintenance agreement renewals and future scheduling
Organization & Team Support
- Monitor open opportunities, emails, and customer requests
- Keep accurate notes and updates in the system
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to support daily operations
- Help ensure the team stays organized and prepared for upcoming work
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional tone
- Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is a plus)
Compensation
- $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience
- Uncapped spiff and incentive opportunities
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- 1-hour lunch break
