The Role

The Project Manager will oversee flooring installation projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and multifamily flooring projects from start to finish

• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and subcontractors

• Track project budgets and job costs

• Communicate with clients, field leadership, and internal teams

• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations

• Support operations leadership with project planning and execution

Qualifications

• Project management experience in commercial or multifamily flooring

• Strong understanding of flooring materials and installation processes

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience working with builders, property managers, or GCs preferred
