PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST

The Public Relations Specialist will support strategic initiatives designed to create and maintain a positive public image for the organization. This position is responsible for developing and sustaining community outreach efforts, strengthening relationships with community partners, increasing public awareness of the organization's services, and promoting the mission of Integrity Social Work Services (ISWS). Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between the organization and the public, fostering positive relationships and enhancing the agency's reputation. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, referral sources, healthcare providers, and other local agencies. Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities to expand referral networks and increase community engagement. Coordinate and participate in community outreach events, networking activities, presentations, and informational sessions. Represent the organization at community meetings, health fairs, and other outreach initiatives. Conduct outreach calls, emails, and text message reminders regarding upcoming client appointments. Contact clients who have missed appointments to encourage re-engagement in services and assist with rescheduling appointments as needed. Document client outreach efforts and maintain accurate records of communications. Establish and maintain processes that support consistent communication with community partners and stakeholder groups. Evaluate marketing and advertising initiatives to ensure alignment with the organization's public relations strategy and goals. Develop, manage, and maintain social media content that promotes a positive image of the organization and its services. Participate in agency marketing initiatives, public awareness campaigns, and community education efforts. Assist in developing promotional materials, newsletters, and outreach content. Prepare reports regarding outreach activities, referral trends, and community engagement efforts. Perform other duties as assigned. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and agency policies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
