We are looking for a Generator Sales Representative who is passionate about sustainability, driven by results, and experienced in solar sales. This is an exciting opportunity to represent industry-leading products and be part of a team that's helping shape the future of clean energy.
As a Generator Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting on-site assessments, delivering customized proposals, and guiding clients through the energy purchasing process.
Prospect, qualify, and close new residential Generator sales
Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of Whole House Generator systems
Conduct site evaluations and gather technical data for proposal generation
Prepare and present professional, tailored proposals to potential customers
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and permitting teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation
Maintain CRM records, track leads, and report progress to management
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
1+ years of proven experience in residential sales
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and site assessments
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficient with CRM platforms and sales proposal tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client appointments
Represent top-tier solar, battery, and backup power solutions in a growing market
