Custom Machine Builder 1st Shift
Direct Hire | $2429/hr (based on experience)
Build complete, one-of-a-kind machines from the ground up in a clean, organized shop. This is hands-on, custom work not repetitive assembly line production.

What You'll Do
- Assemble custom machines using blueprints and schematics
- Build and integrate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform fit-up, alignment, and final assembly work
- Complete basic electrical wiring tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, cranes, and shop equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve them
What We're Looking For
- Experience with custom machinery or equipment assembly
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Background in mechanical assembly
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Solid problem-solving skills
Preferred (not required):
- Welding experience
- Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge
- Experience with mills or lathes
- Forklift or crane operation
Schedule
- Monday Friday
- 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

This is a Permanent position based out of Hugo, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
