We’re looking for experienced CDL Drivers to become valued members of our growing team. We have a much different culture than other dumpster companies and only hire top drivers. Our drivers love working here.

Throughout the day you will:

• Safely deliver and pick up dumpsters from homeowners and contractor job sites and haul debris to disposal and recycling facilities.
• Follow assigned route plans and maintain daily schedule to meet customer needs.
• Complete and update route sheets using driver phone app
• Work with route manager to improve route efficiencies
• Accurately complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR’s)
• Ensure equipment is kept in good working condition
• Report mechanical issues and maintenance issues to operations manager
• Notify route manager of any accidents, injuries, or property damage
• Participate in safety training, driver, and company meetings
• Embody the ‘Orange Dumpster Difference’ in everything you do.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class CDL and DOT medical card
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift to 75 lbs. and climb as required
• Patient with repetitive work
• Cooperative team player
• Sympathetic, good listener
• Thinks ‘outside the box’
• Focus on how to get things done right
