Responsibilities To conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment in accordance with the federal and state requirements and the policies and goals of this facility. Key Qualifications Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility. Must have experience in completing and coordinating MDS assessments in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
