This role focuses on consistently applying the 3-steps of servicewarm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Server 1 works closely with team members to provide a seamless dining experience and plays an integral role in maintaining member satisfaction and retention. As a non-lead role, Server 1 also supports the overall operations of the dining area and assists in service duties as required./ppReporting Structure/pulliReports to the FB Director, Banquet Manager or Restaurant Manager/li/ulh3Day to Day/h3ulliMaintain high standards of service, following the Invited FB service training program./liliProvide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner./liliEnsure a complete knowledge of the la carte menu, including daily features and specials./liliGreet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home./liliAssist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member/guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail./liliHandle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly./liliComplete daily assignments and side work, ensuring work areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked./liliFollow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety./liliSupport management by completing additional duties as assigned./li/ulh3Additional Duties/h3ulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./liliWear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards./li/ulh3About You/h3pPreferred/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliPrevious experience in Food and Beverage service./liliCurrent Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations./liliCompletion of Inviteds FB Service Training program./liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively./liliAbility to follow instructions and communicate well with team members./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./liliAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./liliCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required./liliAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally./liliEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./li/ulh3Primary Tools/Equipment/h3ulliTrays/liliPOS System/liliBottle Opener/liliWine Tool/li/ulh3Work Schedule/h3ulliAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./liliAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./li/ulpWhat We Offer/ppWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
