Dishwasher Join us at The Culpeper, a regional leader in senior care located in Culpeper, Virginia. Essential Duties Must be flexible to work on weekends Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots and pans, food carts, and food preparation equipment. Empty kitchen trash and sanitize containers as needed. Sweep, mop, and foam kitchen floors. Maintain cleanliness of all walls in kitchen and serving areas. Transport food carts to satellite dining rooms throughout the facility. Clean heavy kitchen equipment including ovens and ranges. Assist in setting up buffets and special function events. Meet the driver in early morning shift. Rotate stock first in, first out. Label all new stock items. Work in temperature-controlled areas: freezer, refrigerator, and dry storage.
