It requires delivering skilled nursing services per physician plans, responding to patient needs, and ensuring quality care during night shifts. Job Details Position Description: This role involves assessing, implementing, and monitoring patient care for outpatients on observation status, with responsibilities including direct patient care, medication administration, treatments, and assisting with transfers. Certifications/Education/Experience: Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, active Michigan license, currently documented skills pertinent to ambulatory care, and two supervisor references within the last two years. Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid Michigan license, current BLS certification, minimum 2 years of observation experience, Epic electronic medical record experience preferred, proper documentation of work history and skills, active state license, and completion of supervisory references within last two years. Additional Information: Candidates should have experience working with Epic EMR and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility location. All documentation must be current and complete for submission.
