Registered Nurse NICU

$2448.00/week - Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse for a 17-week assignment at level III NICU. The role involves providing specialized neonatal intensive care, floating between units as needed, and working primarily night shifts with some days. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive neonatal care to critically ill and stable newborns in a level III NICU setting. Float across various units including newborn NICU, mother/baby, nursery, and delivery as needed. Adhere to protocols and maintain compliance with AHA BLS, NRP, and other neonatal certifications. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and communicate patient status effectively. Document care and treatment accurately in EPIC electronic medical records within the past two years. Work weekends and holidays per schedule, with no on-call duties required. Qualifications: Hold current AHA BLS and NRP certifications; STABLE and RNC-NIC preferred. Possess a minimum of 2 years NICU level III experience, including large teaching hospitals. Demonstrate prior travel experience or experience in large NICU teaching facilities (500+ beds). Have recent EPIC EMR experience within the last 2 years.
