Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you’ll contribute A Manager of Rehabilitation Therapy who excels in this role:Performs appropriate assessments on residents referred for therapy; observes/evaluates treatments and recommends changes to the physician as needed.Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation modalities and develops teaching plans based on resident learning needs; involves families as appropriate and evaluates learning effectiveness.Assesses pain that interferes with participation in rehabilitation and contacts the physician for appropriate intervention.Oversees scheduling of treatments and maintains departmental productivity standards.Ensures compliance with departmental inspections and documentation requirements.Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
