Monitors and evaluates the impact of implemented human capital strategies. Provides guidance and support to managers and employees on human capital matters. Utilizes data-driven approaches to optimize talent management processes. Develops and maintains reporting mechanisms to track and communicate the progress of human capital initiatives.
