Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic evaluations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within an internal medicine setting Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies Prescribe medications and manage pharmacological treatment plans Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention, and wellness strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists and ancillary services Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain) Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP (AGNP) Experience in internal medicine, primary care, or a related clinical setting preferred DEA license or eligibility to obtain one Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care About Us: Sinai Internal Medicine Specialists is a trusted provider of comprehensive internal medicine care serving the Villages and Wildwood, FL community.
