Litigation Paralegal

Practice: Hybrid litigation platform (plaintiff + defense) including commercial litigation, PI, insurance defense, and selective mass tort matters.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-level litigation support across commercial litigation, PI, insurance defense, and related matters
• Own trial preparation projects as needed:
• Trial notebooks/binders, exhibits, witness materials, and case organization
• Manage deadlines, calendars, and case workflows in coordination with attorneys
• Draft and revise pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and internal case materials
• Coordinate record management and ensure documents are saved/indexed correctly
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors as appropriate
• Support attorneys in a “move it forward” culture and keep matters on track
