Opportunity Overview

• Outpatient services at our Muskegon facility
• Clinic Schedule: 4 days per week with 1 designated day off
• Surgical Time: Allocated OR time for 2 days each month
• Scope of Practice: Comprehensive OB/GYN services, including:
  • Preventive screenings and wellness examinations
  • Prenatal and postpartum care
  • Complete gynecological services
  • Natural family planning
  • Infertility assessments and management
• Call Coverage: Shared call rotation among a team of experienced professionals
• Team Structure: Comprising 7 providers, including 5 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs)
• Academic Involvement: Opportunities to educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows through our academic partnerships

Qualifications

• Open to recent graduates
• Candidates must be board certified in a relevant clinical specialty or board eligible, with certification expected within five years of the start date (unless otherwise required by medical staff bylaws)
• Possession of an active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
• DEA registration
• Current ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Responsibilities

A typical day may involve:

• Delivering direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Engaging in teaching and mentorship
• Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health initiatives
