Operations & Sales Support Manager | Mackie Myers USA | Los Angeles The Opportunity Mackie Myers USA is a specialist recruitment firm based in Los Angeles. We recruit Finance & Accounting, Go-To-Market, Operations and Corporate Services talent into consumer businesses across CPG, Food & Beverage, Beauty, Apparel and Manufacturing. The LA team has grown quickly over the last 18 months. A lot of the day-to-day running of the business is currently picked up by the founders and consultants. We’re creating this role to take that work off the team so they can focus on clients and candidates. It’s a broad role with real ownership. You’ll work directly with the Co-Founder and have a significant impact on how the business runs as it grows. The Role You’ll be the person who keeps the LA office and team running smoothly. That means recruitment admin, contractor coordination, systems, reporting, onboarding and office management. No two weeks will look exactly the same. Key Responsibilities Supporting as needed with our contractor payroll provider, managing onboarding, timesheets and contractor queries Keep JobAdder (our CRM) accurate and support the team with day-to-day system questions Produce weekly KPI and revenue reports Support management of LinkedIn Recruiter licenses, software subscriptions and renewals Support the recruitment process with CV formatting, interview scheduling, candidate NDAs and placement tracking Support new starter setup end to end, including hardware, system access, paperwork and training records Maintain the team PTO calendar and act as first point of contact for benefits questions Look after the LA office, equipment and hardware inventory Organize team lunches, celebrations and logistics for incentive trips What We’re Looking For Required: 2–5 years in an operations, office management or business support role Very organized, with strong attention to detail Comfortable with Excel and Microsoft 365 Clear communicator with good discretion around confidential information Able to work from our Los Angeles office Helpful: Experience in a recruitment or staffing business Experience with JobAdder or another CRM Compensation & Location Health benefits and unlimited PTO Potential for part time working for the right candidate #J-18808-Ljbffr Mackie Myers Ltd
