Accounting Specialist
LHH is partnering with a small company that is searching for a temporary to hire Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounting experience and be comfortable working independently. This position is fully in office in a beautiful, peaceful location east of the city. Main tasks include:
- Process and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Post incoming payments and reconcile accounts as required.
- Manage the aging report and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Communicate regularly with vendors to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with additional accounting tasks and projects as needed, with potential for advancement in the department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
- Associate's degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with accounting software (such as QuickBooks or NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities, especially when interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Employment details:
- Temporary to hire.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Fully in office near Bellevue, WA.
Pay details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
