Associate Veterinarian

We know…all veterinary ads sound the same. What most veterinarians really want is supportive coworkers, a reasonable schedule, skilled technicians, respectful clients, time to practice quality medicine, and a future they feel good about. That is what we have — and continue to build. Alameda Animal Hospital is a full‑service, privately owned small animal practice in Norman, Oklahoma seeking a veterinarian who wants to practice good medicine in a supportive environment where your voice actually matters. A few things that make us different: We are privately owned — no corporate quotas or scripts We are not interested in 10‑minute appointments We are well established (40 years) and continue to grow Our doctors are supported by well‑trained staff so you can focus on being a doctor — not a receptionist, technician, or repair person for broken equipment Our doctors collaborate, not compete Our team laughs often and genuinely helps one another If you dream of owning your own practice… that opportunity exists here Why veterinarians like working here: 35 hour schedule — you help design it (part‑time also considered) Competitive salary No on‑call or after‑hours emergencies Saturdays negotiable Strong technician support Mentorship available and encouraged Loyal, respectful client base that values quality care CE allowance, licensing and memberships covered Health insurance options, retirement plan, PTO Personal pet discounts Support for your professional interests and growth We believe in teamwork, mentorship, and enjoying coming to work. We treat people the way we would want to be treated. If you are looking for a place where you can practice quality medicine without burning out, we would love to talk with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr NCVMA
