What you will be responsible for as an HVAC Service Technician: Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining HVAC units and their components in residential applications Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process Learning the Air Experts & Raleigh Heating and Air HVAC Technician Method (Don’t worry, we will train you to be successful!)
