Clinical Quality Analyst

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting enterprise-wide quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Clinical Quality Performance Analyst will analyze healthcare data, develop performance reports, and collaborate with clinical stakeholders in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Support cardiovascular quality initiatives, including performance reporting and internal clinical quality programs Analyze quality performance data and develop dashboards and scorecards to identify trends and improvement opportunities Collaborate with physician leaders and quality staff to present analytic findings and support quality improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in clinical or outcomes research, focusing on quality improvement analytics Deep experience with clinical datasets and fluency in SQL and PowerBI for dashboard and report development Familiarity with healthcare quality programs or clinical research workflows Strong written and verbal communication skills
