No recruitment experience is required. You'll receive structured training, clear performance targets, and the opportunity to build a career where progression is based on results rather than tenure.

The Recruitment Consultant will build relationships with senior technology leaders, develop new client accounts, connect businesses with high-quality talent, and manage recruitment processes from first conversation through successful placement.

Role Highlights

– Develop new business through targeted outreach, relationship building, and client acquisition

– Build relationships with VPs, Directors, C-suite executives, and other senior decision-makers

– Source, engage, and introduce talented professionals to growing technology businesses

– Manage interviews, negotiations, offers, and placements from start to finish

– Build specialist expertise within either the FinTech or GreenTech recruitment market

You Will Need

– Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
