What you will be doing As Industry Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing the business and sales of the FOSS solutions in all segments for the total solutions portfolio including online and at‑line solutions. You will also be responsible for the sales of Analytical Solutions to new and existing customers in Korea and will have overall responsibility for achieving the sales budget and setting Customer satisfaction targets. You will establish the annual business plan and execute the plan for your responsible segment. You will be in charge of maintaining CRM/Pipeline records updated and accurate records with respect to prospects, pre‑implementation planning/proposal preparation, sales calls, quotations, pricing, etc., using the CRM (SalesForce) system. You will work in constant and close cooperation with FOSS Korea colleagues as well as with the global organization, providing input to marketing/sales regarding competition and competitive pricing, and participating in trade shows and travel as necessary to cover the territory. Key responsibilities include: Drive sales growth and achieve budget targets Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities Promote FOSS products, services and digital solutions Develop sales strategies for market segments Track customer activities, quotations, and opportunities through CRM system Report to the F‑KOR Managing Director What we hope to see you bring We believe strong results are created by how you work as much as what you know. The competencies below describe the professional skills and personal behaviors that matter in this role. 2–5 years’ experience in a sales role within a business-to-business capital equipment sales environment, preferably in the Food/Agricultural/Feed/Meat/Grain industries. A technical degree (Bachelor or Master) with a strong business focus and a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales revenue projections in capital equipment sales. Proven experience in Value Based Selling (benefits and profit enhancement proposition). Knowledge of the Food/Agri business and access to top decision makers (appreciated). Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite applications such as PowerPoint and Excel, required for proposals and presentations. Experience in Near Infrared spectrometer (NIR) sales and application is an advantage, but not required. Why choose FOSS?
