Senior Manager, Program ManagementThe Senior Manager, Program Management, is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution and optimization of strategic priority marketing initiatives for the Marketing, Brand and Digital function. This role is responsible for standing up and establishing program management best practices for the Marketing function, ensuring cross-functional alignment, mentoring and executing disciplined program management and successful delivery and acceleration of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader with strong stakeholder management skills, experience managing complex marketing or digital programs with a proven ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.This role can be based in St Louis, MO; Sidney, OH or Boise, ID.As the Senior Manager, Program Management, you will focus on:Program Management Operational Excellence & GovernanceIn partnership with the Enterprise PMO, leverage, improve and create standard work to align with enterprise and industry best practicesDevelop program plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures and success metrics for the program management disciplineLeverage and continuously improve program management processes, best practices and operating rhythmsCreate executive-ready status updates, dashboards, scorecards and business reviewsMonitor program performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and impactEnsure adherence to budget, compliance and organizational standardsFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement and program and project management rigor within the Marketing teamProgram Strategy & ExecutionLead end-to-end management of large-scale marketing programs and strategic initiatives with alignment to annual/long-term marketing and business strategyEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectivesIdentify risks, dependencies and resource requirements, proactively driving mitigation plansCross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with all Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand function leaders as well as external agenciesFacilitate alignment across stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution of marketing initiativesDrive effective communication, decision-making and issue resolution across teamsStakeholder ManagementAct as key liaison between Marketing and other functions, ensuring alignment and effective communication between shared initiativesPrepare presentations, reports and communications for senior leadershipProvide visibility into program health, key decisions, risks and business outcomesInfluence stakeholders at all levels through data-driven recommendations and strategic insightsRequired education, experiences & skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field8+ years of experience in program management, project management, marketing operations, or similar leadership role3+ years in managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects within a corporate or enterprise environmentExperience managing team members and/or other project managersProficiency in program/project management tools (e.g., CORA, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms)Strong understanding of LEAN principles and their application in marketing operations.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and deliver resultsPreferred education, experiences & skills:Master's degree
