Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of a Riverdale, GA hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT scan equipment according to department protocols. You will participate in quality improvement and quality control activities and ensure timely processing and transmission of images to the PACS. You must be familiar with state and federal regulations governing imaging services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current ARRT-R certification required.
• Current CRT required.
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• Must obtain fluoroscopy permit within 6 months of hire.
• Must obtain venipuncture certificate within 3 months of hire.
• Familiarity with State and Federal regulations related to imaging.
• Proficient computer skills.
• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of CT technologist experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 07:00-19:30.
