Overview
The Guest Service Host F&B is someone who thrives on challenge and continually looks for opportunities to learn. They understand that Guest satisfaction is a priority, and efficient operations make it possible.
All applicants must be 18 years old or older.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the daily operation of the operation.
- Assist Guests as needed.
- Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions.
- Prepare/sell food items.
- Restock items as needed.
- Must remain up to date on all current specials and promotions of the facility.
- Assists in merchandising functions as needed.
- Cash handling functions including POS system and registers.
- Ensures high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas.
- Completes opening or closing checklists as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
- Basic math skills as they apply to cash handling.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights.
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays when needed.

The pay range for this position is $16.90 - $18.00 per hour.
