Associate Producer

We’re partnering with a leading entertainment company to find a talented Associate Producer to support a dynamic product marketing team. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to manage production workflows for physical and boxed products. The position is on a temporary basis, lasting approximately 7 to 12 months, and requires on-site presence primarily in an office setting. Associate Producer Qualifications: At least five years of experience in production, project management, or operations within gaming, entertainment, marketing, or consumer products. Familiarity with creative workflows, packaging, or product manufacturing processes. Strong organizational skills to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Ensure project briefs are comprehensive, clear, and aligned with marketing and business goals. Maintain open communication, providing updates, addressing risks, and facilitating decision-making. Act as the main contact across various teams including Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative, Sales, Consumer Products, and Operations.
