Landscape Account Manager

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Landscape Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of landscape maintenance and enhancement accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong relationships, and profitable account management. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial and/or residential landscape accounts Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling requests, concerns, and service reviews Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met Develop and present enhancement proposals (plantings, irrigation upgrades, seasonal color, etc.) Coordinate with field crews to ensure work is completed efficiently and to specification Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability of assigned accounts Schedule services and manage timelines for maintenance and special projects Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in landscape management, horticulture, or a related field Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively Proficiency with scheduling and/or CRM software (preferred) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Skills & Competencies Relationship management and client retention Problem-solving and decision-making Time management and organization Sales and upselling ability Team coordination and leadership Working Conditions Combination of office and outdoor work environments May require occasional early mornings or extended hours depending on season #J-18808-Ljbffr Lawn Rangers Inc
