Claims RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Representative to join our team in Minnesota, MN. As a Remote Claims Representative, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving insurance claims related to property and auto damages. You will work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claims processing. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and achieve positive outcomes for our clients.Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of experience in insurance claims handlingStrong knowledge of property and auto claims processes and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Experience with subrogation and claims resolutionKnowledge of personal lines insuranceExperience with claims processing softwareResponsibilities:Investigate and evaluate insurance claims related to property and auto damagesCommunicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve issuesProcess claims in accordance with company policies and proceduresMaintain accurate records of claims and related activitiesProvide exceptional customer service throughout the claims processSkills:As a Claims Representative, you will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and evaluate insurance claims.
