Assistant Service Manager

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will work closely with the Service Manager and Service Department team to support daily operations, technician productivity, customer satisfaction, and team development. Benefits: 401k Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Benefits Paid Time Off (Up to 3 weeks per year) Responsibilities: Support the Service Manager with daily Service Department operations Assist in leading, coaching, and developing Service Technicians and Advisors Monitor technician productivity, workflow, and department efficiency Help maintain customer satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns Assist with meeting department profitability and performance goals Promote a positive, team-focused environment aligned with Young Automotive Group values Collaborate with other departments to support overall dealership operations Participate in training, meetings, and employee development Maintain strong knowledge of powersports products, service operations, and industry standards Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe Service Department Qualifications: Previous experience in an automotive or powersports service environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of powersports and fixed operations Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members Proven work ethic consistent with our culture A passion for growth and a desire to make a difference Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Young Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
