For decades, major general contractors and property owners across Southern California have relied on our highly skilled landscape and irrigation crews to deliver projects that exceed industry standards, on time and on budget.The OpportunityAs Senior Estimator, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth by leading the full estimating process — from early-stage conceptual budgets through final bid submissions. You'll work closely with project managers, field crews, and clients to ensure every proposal is accurate, competitive, and positions Advanced Landscape 2000 to win.ResponsibilitiesStudy and analyze civil, architectural, and landscape blueprints and specificationsPerform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipmentEvaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate competitive pricingPrepare estimates at all levels of design completion (conceptual, schematic, DD, CD)Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunitiesLead RFP responses and prepare and submit bid proposalsIdentify technical issues and project logistics early in the processNegotiate with new and existing clientsCollaborate with project managers for seamless project handoffWhat We're Looking ForSolid background in the landscape industry (commercial/public sector required; construction or civil a plus)Experience estimating across all project phasesStrong negotiation and communication skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and self-drivenAdvanced computer skills, including estimating software #J-18808-Ljbffr PEAK FINANCIAL PARTNERS INC
