Leasing Consultant Location: Kansas City, KS Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Shift: Must be open to working Saturdays Responsibilities & Qualifications 1+ years of leasing experience Strong communication and closing skills Professional, upbeat, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification Tour prospects and showcase apartment homes and amenities Follow up on leads and convert traffic into leases Deliver top-tier customer service to residents and prospects Prepare lease paperwork and coordinate smooth move-ins Maintain strong market knowledge and stay ahead of competitors Support resident retention and renewal efforts Benefits Solid Weekly Pay - Direct deposit or payment card, your choice.
