We are Regency Puakea, a retirement and assisted living community providing compassionate care in a professionally managed, carefully designed retirement community. Our focus on wellness and enabling residents to remain as independent as possible provides the perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own. Employees of Regency at Hualalai, are an integral part of our ability to provide these services and have the privilege of working in an environment where you truly are a hero for the many residents we serve!

You Will:

• Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe.
• Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions made on proper form
• Clean and maintains a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areas
• Comply with state sanitation codes
• Maintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriately
• Ensure that resident food preferences are known and followed

You Currently:

• Can obtain Food Handler's card. Meet all mandatory health requirements by State regulations
• Typical candidates have one year of cooking experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
