Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant in El Paso, TX. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness in an outpatient setting, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Texas PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or may be required per client preference.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or outpatient musculoskeletal settings preferred.
• Experience with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and use of common outpatient equipment such as therapeutic modalities, exercise machines, and functional training equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans established by a licensed Physical Therapist and document per clinic standards.
