Taqueria, Ospi Montecito, and Ospi Dallas) with the same level of hospitality that we offer each guest who walks through our doors.
Our goal is to expand the Memento Mori Hospitality group internationally. We are looking for people who believe in what we stand for and want to grow with us. We view growth as a marathon, not as a sprint, and are excited to share our successes with the rest of the Mementor team. As a Mementor, you will be immersed in a collaborative and visionary restaurant group that is driven by high standards, critical thinking, and empathy. You will learn with a hands-on approach through daily feedback and mentorship from our senior managers. We will support you as you hone your skills, and give you a place to shine when you are ready. Responsibilities

- Hire, train, and develop new hires
- Provide direct and non bias feedback
- Department management and inventory
- Teach and learn one new skill everyday
- Grow the business by 1% everyday
