Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring Sunbelt Solomon's plumbing, building, and grounds maintenance is operating efficiently to conduct daily operations. Responsibilities Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to safely operate equipment such as a hoist and forklift. Completes work orders, facility assignments as directed. Assists with plumbing, building and grounds maintenance. Complete construction tasks such as roof repair and office renovations. Follow all environmental specifications for the area. Qualifications HS Diploma, required. 1-3 years previous shop/manufacturing/mechanical knowledge, required. Knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting, preferred. Heavy experience utilizing shop tools for projects, required. Ability to MIG weld, required. Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers. Help team members resolve questions and help with the workload. A dependable and strong work‑ethic; works safely. Professional language and conduct at all times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
