Job Title: Production Line Worker
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Line Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations on the production line. You'll work closely with the team to ensure products are made efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help us meet manufacturing goals while maintaining a safe workspace.


What You'll Do
As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with production tasks, including measuring ingredients and operating equipment.
• Packaging finished products correctly and efficiently.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, reporting any concerns to management.
• Ensuring quality control throughout the production process.
• Maintaining cleanliness of your workspace and following safety procedures.
• Moving and lifting ingredients and finished products, sometimes up to 50 pounds.
• Working in coolers and freezers as needed, in environments between 35-38°F and up to -20°F.
• Supporting team efforts to meet daily production targets with a positive attitude.

What You'll Bring

• Experience working in a manufacturing or food production setting is a plus.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work overtime if required.
• Safety-minded approach and attention to sanitation procedures.
• A team-oriented attitude and reliability.
• Must wear appropriate PPE, including hair nets, lab coat, gloves, and close-toed non-slip shoes.
