We are focused on building strong local teams, delivering quality service, and creating growth opportunities for the people who represent us in the field.At SSP, our core values guide how we work every day: Working Together, Safety Above All, Integrity & Trust, and Results & Growth.The HVAC Installation Supervisor is responsible for supporting installation operations by reviewing job packets, confirming scope of work, identifying required materials, and ensuring each installation is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with customer expectations, building codes, and company quality standards.This role works closely with sales, office staff, technicians, and installers to prevent errors, improve job readiness, and support smooth installation execution.Review sales packets, job notes, photos, and project details before installationConfirm the full scope of work needed to complete each job properlyCommunicate with sales team members to clarify job requirements and customer expectationsIdentify and resolve scope, sizing, equipment, space, or material issues before the job is processedCreate clear work order instructions for installation teamsPrepare accurate material lists needed to complete each projectSupport installers with job-related questions and technical directionAddress customer concerns quickly and professionallyHelp ensure installations meet building code, manufacturer requirements, and company standardsSupport a clean, safe, organized, and team-oriented work environmentInstallation jobs are properly reviewed and ready before the crew arrivesInstallers receive clear instructions and accurate material listsFewer job delays, errors, callbacks, and reworkScope issues are identified and resolved before installationStrong communication between sales, office, and installation teamsCustomers receive the product and service they were promisedJobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standardsTeam members are supported and held accountable to clean, professional work10+ years of HVAC industry experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC terminology, system operation, application, and installationAbility to review job packets, photos, and work scopes for accuracyStrong organization, time management, and problem-solving skillsBasic computer skillsStrong communication skills with customers, sales, office staff, technicians, and installersValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordMust pass a background check and drug screeningHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious HVAC installation leadership or supervisory experienceExperience reviewing job scopes, materials, and installation packetsResidential HVAC installation experienceKnowledge of building codes and manufacturer installation standardsServiceTitan experienceEPA CertificationNATE CertificationBilingual English/SpanishCompetitive compensation based on experience and technical leadership backgroundMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with company matchCompany vehicle or travel support, where applicableOngoing technical and leadership development opportunitiesOpportunity to grow within a growing home services platformSeacoast Service Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
