Club Manager

*Overview*
Elks Lodge #1371 in Bend is looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Club Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, events, and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role in a welcoming community-focused environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage day-to-day operations of the Club facility
* Oversee bar/kitchen staff and other team members
* Coordinate member events, private rentals, and Lodge functions
* Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and readiness
* Handle supply orders, vendor communication, and maintenance needs
* Support the Board of Trustees and Exalted Ruler with administrative tasks
* Provide exceptional service to members and guests

*Experience*
The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience in hospitality, club, or facility management, & bookkeeping
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized
* Knowledge of budgeting and scheduling
* Must be able to work evenings/weekends when needed
* Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes
* OLCC Server and Oregon Food Handler cards (or ability to obtain)
* Must be, or be able to become, Oregon Lottery certified
