The Role:

We’re on the hunt for dynamic instructors who can bring their A-game to every class. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to teaching, we want enthusiastic team players who are ready to connect with clients, curate killer playlists, and create a workout experience worth coming back for.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead upbeat, high-energy classes that leave clients feeling amazing.
- Offer personalized modifications and coaching to clients of all levels—beginners to experts.
- Cultivate a sense of community by building relationships and cheering clients on.
- Get involved in studio challenges, themed classes, and special events.
- Keep the vibe fun, friendly, and fabulous every single class.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fitness teaching experience in Pilates, group fitness, or related disciplines.
- Positive energy that lights up a room.
- A love for movement, music, and motivating others.
- Availability for flexible class schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- A willingness to grow and learn in a supportive team environment.
