Clinical Services Project Coordinator (PT)

Valley Mountain Regional Center is seeking a professional to serve as a Part-Time Clinical Services Project Coordinator. This role provides coordination and leadership for clinical projects and initiatives that support individuals with developmental disabilities. The position involves planning, organizing, and participating in clinics as needed, including telemedicine, occupational therapy (OT), gait, and feeding clinics, as well as representing VMRC at meetings, conferences, and community engagements.What You’ll DoLead and Coordinate Clinical ProjectsOversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of clinical services and initiatives across multiple programs.Support Clinical Service DeliveryParticipate in and support specialty clinics, including telemedicine, OT, gait, and feeding clinics.Represent VMRC in the CommunityServe as a representative at meetings, conferences, and partner agency engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Coordination & ReferralsReview referrals and coordinate telemedicine clinicsCoordinate and attend consumer clinics as indicated, including OT, gait, and feeding clinicsMeetings & CollaborationAttend clinical staff meetings as requestedRepresent VMRC at meetings with contracted providers and partner organizationsParticipate in case management activities to promote clinic servicesProject Support & ReportingPrepare end-of-year reports for assigned projectsAssist the Clinical Director in achieving departmental goalsCoordinate additional projects and clinics as assignedData & Systems ManagementDevelop and maintain databases to track reports, estimates, and project completion statusClinical CoordinationConsult with clinical staff to identify and resolve issues prior to clinic services being providedGeneral DutiesPerform other related duties as assignedTo view the Clinical Project Coordinator job description, click: Clinical Services Project CoordinatorWhat You’ll Bring/Qualifications:B.S. or B.A. degree or related fieldAt least 2 years’ knowledge and experience in working with persons with developmental disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
