Ayudará a crear una experiencia gastronómica memorable ofreciendo altos estándares de servicio, en línea con la tradición de excelencia de Keeneland. Brindar un servicio de mesa excepcional con calidez, profesionalismo y eficiencia, de acuerdo con los estándares de Keeneland. Recibir y conectar con los comensales con una hospitalidad genuina, manteniendo una actitud refinada y positiva durante toda su experiencia. Ofrecer recomendaciones expertas sobre maridajes de alimentos y bebidas. Tomar pedidos precisos de alimentos y bebidas, introducirlos en el sistema POS y coordinarse fluidamente con los equipos de cocina y bar. Garantizar la entrega puntual y la presentación adecuada de todos los platos del menú; anticipar y responder con prontitud a las necesidades y preferencias de los comensales. Conocimiento del menú, la historia de Keeneland y la capacidad de orientar a los comensales y guiarlos en los procedimientos de servicio. Mantenga las áreas de comedor limpas y ordenadas antes, durante y después del servicio. Cumpla estrictamente con todas las normas de salud, seguridad e higiene, incluyendo el servicio responsable de bebidas alcohólicas. Mantenga la cultura de Keeneland fomentando un espíritu de colaboración, respeto y altos estándares entre los compañeros de equipo. Cualificaciones y Requisitos: Se valora la experiencia previa en servicio en restaurantes de alta gama o de alta cocina. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y resolver problemas. Capacidad para mantener la calma y la compostura durante periodos de mucho trabajo, ofreciendo un servicio amable. Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad. Se requiere certificación de manipulación de alimentos y capacitación en servicio de bebidas alcohólicas (o estar dispuesto a obtenerla). Disponibilidad flexible, incluyendo fines de semana, días festivos y madrugadas durante carreras de caballos en vivo y eventos especiales. Requisitos de Licencia: Se requiere una Licencia de Manipulación de Alimentos del Condado de Fayette válida para todo el personal de alimentos y bebidas. Debe obtenerse antes del primer turno programado. Se requiere una licencia de la Comisión de Carreras de Caballos de Kentucky para todos los trabajadores de hipódromos.
