Schedule: Flexible Night and Overnight Shifts
Rotating weekends required

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements

Current and valid LPN license in Kentucky
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong knowledge of patient care procedures and medication administration
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work rotating weekends
BLS certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

Provide patient care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare staff
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Assist with patient assessments and daily care needs
Support team operations and help guide support staff
Follow facility policies and healthcare regulations
Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff
