Job Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in alignment with department requirements and state nursing standards. You will collaborate with the care team, advocate for patients and families, and embody the organization’s vision to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status. Perform procedures, monitor, and document care administration as ordered by the provider, including medication administration and therapeutic response monitoring. Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve them, providing exceptional care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring complete understanding. Qualifications Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate RN license. BLS certification (American Heart Association or ARC). ACLS provider card required within the first 12 months of hire. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. One year of acute care experience preferred.
