Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care, coordination, and patient education to the Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy patient population
• Administer chemotherapy, blood products, donor leukocytes, and CAR-T product infusions
• Apply independent critical thinking and multitasking skills in a fast-paced outpatient infusion environment
• Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating strong communication skills and flexibility
• Maintain all required certifications including ONC and BLS (AHA only)

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience
• Hematology/oncology experience required
• ONC (Oncology Nursing Certification) required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Telemetry experience
• Prior experience with CAR-T therapy or Stem Cell Transplant patient populations
